Excavation

Unfortunately, cracks and other foundation issues are not always simple to repair.  Sometimes there are other factors that affect the structure of your home that require excavation and rebuilding of the concrete in order to properly repair the issue.  At times there are pipes and tree roots that create cracks that simple filling does not solve.  In these situations we use a combination of methods including excavation in order to identify and repair the issue at hand.

Examples of Excavation required:

• Excavating a sump pit in the middle of the foundation to collect rainwater.
  
  
• Removing trees and or tree roots to stop the penetration of the roots on your foundation.
  
  
• Excavating concrete floors to repair plumbing and or drainage systems.
  
  
• Excavation of soil in and around the foundation perimeter for inspection, French drain installation or simply repairs.
  
  
• Repairing mortar joints
  
  
• Restoration and repair of concrete garage floor
